During the Find A Way Out objective you will pass through some hydraulic presses. Head to the right and call MUI to interact with the chest.

Still at the start of the chapter, after entering the cave your main objective will be to continue climbing on the left. Instead, head straight to the right to find this chest.

Further into the chapter you will descend in a large elevator. Once the elevator reaches its destination, head to the left to find this chest.

Upon reaching the area with the large seaweed and a monster in the background making noise, swim up to the surface and head to the left to find this chest.
